Hello people. The committees for preparation of Youth Day Funfair is out!


And note that these committees are to PREPARE FOR THE DAY. There will probably be different groupings for the day itself.

People whose names are red are the leaders of the group.
People whose names are blue are their "consultants" or assistants :D
The leaders will ask for their help if they need any :)

DOPAO
Stands for Design Of Posters And Others :D

Jobscope:
- Design flyers and posters
- Think of stall decoration
- Prepare banners or signs for the stall

Budget

Jobscope:

- Source for the products needed (and find the cheapest if possible)

- Consider the budget we have and plan how to buy the products

Note: The budget committee will be the one who take note of who is buying what for the funfair.


Publicity
Jobscope:
- Pasting posters around the school
- Suggest slogans
- Advertise our stall to the whole school (eg. writing on whiteboards, giving out flyers, posting on class blog etc)
Note: The publicity committee will be working with the DOPAO group.


Manpower
Jobscope:
- Allocate work shifts for the day
- Plan the cleanliness roster (after the funfair ended --> who do what etc)
- MAKE SURE THE CLASS FOLLOWS THEIR SHIFTS


Try not to complain about your arrangement because we have our reasons for putting you in that group. ***
Wan Qing will be calling those in Budget and Publicity to tell you your basic duties etc while I will be calling those in DOPAO and Manpower. Actually all your duties are here but we will just call you :) If we didn't call you by saturday night, just call us :D
If you have any questions regarding anything for your group, you can ask us when we call you.

Oh and the Budget people will be busier these few weeks because you have to start checking the prices and stuff :) But WQ will tell you on that :D

Okay, so according to my batchmates, 213 and 202 are also doing stuff on sticks.

Should we change the food item then? Or (Wan Qing said) to stick to original and compete!

I haven't double checked with them/their class blogs, so please don't start saying stuff like "but then their class blogs says..." or "no what my batchmate says.." etc, because it can really annoy me a lot.

So? what should we do~

This is the CSP notice that was written on the board by Ms Chee, in case anyone didn't see:

1) 1 rep from each CSP group please collect the relection logs and hand in to your teacher-in-charge.
