I think I get the story now. Without subs D:
I think that Wooyoung is a new addition to the group, and he's known as a guy.
Then after that his behaviour is a bit different and effeminate from the rest, maybe he has an inflated ego? :D
And then after that after practice most of the members see Wooyoung with the stylist noona, and he's wearing a chest bandage, (wooyoung half naked. aww.) which they assume is a chest binder. Then most of them think he's actually a girl, except for Junho, who doesn't partake in their eavesdropping or peeking.
And then after that they all leave, and then chansung goes back and sees that Wooyoung is actually not a girl, and that the bandage is actually really a bandage, because he's hurt:D
